How to report a defective item

We will need to see a picture of the item and your receipt to process the exchange/refund.
Once everything is in order, we will notify you.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
